Melissa's presentation will provide an account of the process from inception through to its current status, including the rollout of the Joint Organisations model for non-metropolitan councils across the state.	Melissa Gibbs is the Director Policy and Sector Development at the Office of Local Government NSW. Previous roles as Deputy Director at the Australian Centre of Excellence for Local Government and Associate at the UTS Centre for Local Government have provided Melissa with a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience in Australian local government sector matters.
